Virtual Hearings Canada strives to provide a quality virtual experience for our clients and their stakeholders. The following sets forth some key priorities of our business.

Satisfaction guarantee: We try our best to ensure the service we provide is great quality. If you are not happy with any given product, just let us know and we will rectify the issue. 

Price changes: We will provide reasonable notice of any changes in prices.

Anti-harassment: Virtual Hearings Canada practices a zero tolerance policy against abuse, violence and harassment of our employees.  Any client who engages in abusive, threatening, or racist behavior will be declined ongoing service; and we kindly ask anyone who is not aligned with our stand to choose another provider..

Virtual Hearings Canada will take the following steps to ensure employees are provided with the training needed to meet Ontario’s accessible laws:
