Training and Troubleshooting
We provide clear, easy to follow instructions for hearing participants with a variety of competencies. We can provide discrete technical phone support for host and participants , and work with a variety of synchronous chat option savailable to allow Adjudicator/Advocator to be in private contact with the facilitator. This service can be made available for up to 1 hour before the hearing start time.

Secondary note taking, in case your computer or connection fails. Or if you want some particular information reported to you, exhibit names, witness lists. or translation.*
Things to know
We ensure the security of your meeting by providing up to date security settings on your chosen platform and actively managing security and privacy during your meeting by paying careful attention to appearance sheets, using waiting rooms and breakout rooms.
*We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and we do not retain any documents or information from the meeting, except for a back-up copy of notes available only to the client if requested.
Need a stenographer or translator? We can arrange that for the meeting in advance.

$275 +HST

2 | Full-Day Hearing Operation Support*
$500 +HST
Customize the support needed (up to 8 hours)
3 | Hourly Pro-Rate
$75 +HST
Any Hours after 8
4 | Cancellation Fees
$75 +HST
Unless otherwise arranged, any cancellation within one week will be charged at half the bookings rate, within two weeks of the booking you will be charges and administration fee of $125. Otherwise no cancellation will be charged.
